Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping rates and delivery times

United States: free standard shipping on every order. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order ships.

All other countries: $2.99 standard shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Import duties or taxes may be charged by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping delays

Carrier or customs delays can occasionally happen, especially around holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will help you track it down.

Wrong address or missing packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us within 7 days.
